On July 4, 2026, I was involved in a gruesome accident where a drunk driver ran the red light and crashed into me. Since then, I have been left without a car and was unable to work for two months. That time away from work put me deeply behind on my bills, and I’ve been struggling ever since to catch up let alone afford a new car.

Without reliable transportation, I've also had to neglect my physical therapy that would allow me to heal from my injuries including herniated discs in my neck, two scratched corneas that left me partially blind, and a broken finger that is still healing. It's been extremely difficult to regain financial stability and my independence.

The support from this fundraiser will help me replace my car and pay down my highest-interest bills so I can start getting back on my feet. These financial pressures are ongoing, and having steady help would make a substantial difference as I work to stay current on what I owe and rebuild my independence and physical health over time.
