Though applying promptly for emergency funding Salon 121 in downtown Los Altos has received not a penny from the Federal or state government. I realize that covid-19 is a worldwide event and we are certainly not alone. The money we are trying to raise is solely for rent and operating expenses. I feel embarrassed for asking this of people but I am very concerned about the future of Salon 121 .Anything you can give would be so greatly appreciated.
Salon 121 has been serving the downtown
Los Altos community for 20 years under
the original ownership of my wife, Kristy
Gobright. The salon is currently home to 8
other stylists who are impacted as well.
The fact is that the economic assistance
that the government intended to help small
business has been given to large business
that have preference with their banks.
There is currently no more funding left
For small business.Thank you for reading
this.We hope above all that you and your
fanily stay safe and healthy during this
very trying time.
