Hi kind and loving people

I am reaching out today with a heart that feels both incredibly heavy and deeply hopeful, on behalf of our precious Sally and her parents.

Sally is my cousin’s young granddaughter in Lebanon, and far too early in life she is facing a battle no child should ever have to fight. She is living with total kidney failure. Her world has become hospital rooms and dialysis machines. Three times every single week, Sally endures exhausting dialysis sessions just to stay alive.

Each week alone costs her family $1,500 for dialysis, not including the medications that keep her stable, the long-distance travel to medical centers, food, and countless other daily expenses. There is no insurance, no public assistance—only parents doing everything humanly possible to save their child.

A Mother’s Love, A Miracle of Hope

Sally’s mother—her greatest protector—has been confirmed as a match and has courageously stepped forward to donate one of her own kidneys to save her daughter’s life. The transplant surgery costs $50,000 USD, an impossible amount for the family.

And then, something extraordinary happened.

A true Good Samaritan stepped forward and generously covered the entire $50,000 cost of the transplant surgery. Because of this incredible act of kindness, Sally’s life-saving operation is expected to take place in January or February 2026.

This gift has given Sally a future—but the journey to reach that day is still filled with uncertainty.

Sally Still Needs Your Help

Although the surgery itself is covered, the path before and after the transplant is long, fragile, and expensive. Sally’s parents are already stretched beyond their limits.

They are still facing overwhelming costs, including:
• Immediate dialysis and medications until the surgery date
($1,500 per week, ongoing through December, January, and February)
• Post-transplant care, including anti-rejection medications, specialized treatments, and follow-up care, estimated at $20,000
• Complete loss of income during recovery, as both Sally and her mother will be healing at the same time

The financial burden is simply too much for one family to carry alone.

How You Can Make a Difference

Our goal is to raise $25,000 to help Sally safely reach her transplant and give her the strongest possible chance at a healthy, lasting recovery.

Every single dollar will go directly toward:
1. Life-sustaining dialysis and medications before surgery
2. Post-transplant treatments and specialist care
3. Essential anti-rejection medications to protect Sally’s new kidney

If you are unable to donate, please know that sharing Sally’s story is powerful. Your prayers, your messages, and your shares can help this story reach someone who is able to help.

Together, we can give Sally something priceless—the chance to grow up, to laugh, to dream, and to simply be a child again.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your kindness, compassion, and support.

With deep gratitude,
