Help Sally to pay care giver and therapy

Sally went to the hospital on October 28th 2020 for a rotor cuff replacement on her right shoulder to Hermann Memorial Hospital and as soon as She got the anesthesia (Fentanyl) She collapsed. Surgery never took place because the situation.
She ended with two strokes, her left side of her body paralyzed, speechless, fitting tube and unable to walk. She is home 100% dependent. Until this day she is not able to eat by mouth.
Before this situation Sally was a very independent person someone that loved to cook, does crochet, play on her iPad and read a lot.
As her husband for 25 years I would like to see her recover ASAP and do or return to her normal activities.
As self employee I have not been able to go back to work because I do have to take care in all her needs since then.
That is why we are asking for help to pay someone to take care of her (Caregiver) so I can return to work to pay the rest of the bills.
Your support will be greatly appreciated because these fund will help to find a good caregiver and pay a therapy to help her improve her abilities because lately she has been so depressed to the point that she would prefer to die, because she feels workless she mentioned it to the Neuropsychologist (Dr. Carlos Mazas)
Amount requested is to pay just caregiver for one year, but if we can get someone as caregiver that will be appreciated as well.
