help salem overcome medical emergency

My dear cat Salem, 1.5 years old, recently was taken to the ER for a urinary blockage. The condition is critical and required an expensive medical procedure to remedy the situation. The combined total of the medical procedure is $4,000. He had to stay in the facility for several days following the procedure and is still dealing with an infection in his bladder. Due to this specific condition, he may be required to receive treatment again in the future. He needs to be on an expensive prescription diet. I live alone in a studio apartment, so monthly expenses are a challenge. He is an ESA cat, and I depend on him greatly for my own mental health.
