I am fundraising for a remarkable young Palestinian student named Saleh, living in Gaza. Despite losing his home, his security, and almost everything he knew during the ongoing Genocide, Saleh has shown extraordinary strength, resilience, and hope.
Against all odds, he has just achieved an incredible 97% exam score. His dream is to study medicine - to one day help others and rebuild what has been taken from him. Saleh’s determination to keep going, even in the face of unimaginable hardship, is something that moved me deeply, and I feel compelled to support him in every way I can.
But he cannot do this alone.
And I cannot do this alone.
We need your help.
The cost of his education:
Saleh has been accepted to begin medical school, a 6-year programme. The tuition fees are:
$7,000 per year (which is equal to around £5000), which includes:
- Full tuition
- All textbooks and learning materials
- Everything he will need for the course
Payments are made per term, and there are two terms each year. The total is approximately
£30,000 GBP for all six years of medical school.
I am aiming to raise the full £30,000 for his tuition, plus additional funds to help Saleh with basic living costs and support while he studies - something that is desperately needed in Gaza, where resources are scarce and life remains extremely difficult.
Why this matters:
Saleh has survived trauma and loss that no young person should ever experience. Yet he continues to believe in education, in service, in rebuilding his life and community. Supporting him is not only an act of compassion - it is an investment in a young man who wants to heal others in the future.
Every donation, no matter how small, brings Saleh one step closer to safety, stability, and the future he deserves.
If you are able, please donate.
If you can’t donate, please share.
Both can change Saleh’s life.
Thank you for helping give hope back to a young man who refuses to give up.
