Help Sal Recover from Life-Altering Illness

Hello! My name is Sal. Back in 2018, I got very sick. I went to the E.R., and before I knew it, I was being wheeled into emergency surgery. I almost died several times. My parents were called and told to come to the hospital to say their goodbyes, yet somehow, by the grace of God, I survived. I do not remember the following 3 to 5 weeks because I was in a medically induced coma.

While I was in the coma, I had over 18 surgeries to save my life (somebody up there likes me). I spent from February to December 2018 in the hospital. I finally got healthy enough to be placed in a skilled care facility, where I would spend the next 4 years.

During this time, all my bills went into default, my job disappeared, and my credit went down the tubes.

I consider myself a proud person. I am not one to take or even ask for financial help, but the hole that I am in is just too deep, and my mom once told me, "Sometimes we have to ask for help when we truly need it."

So that is why I am here. I need help to get myself out of the hole that my illness dug me.

Anything you can give will be highly appreciated. A dollar, some spare change, anything. But most importantly, please pray for me. I still have a long road to recovery, and I need all the prayers and thoughts that I can get.
