Hi, I'm Flynn. This is my Service Dog, Saki.

Saki is my best friend and my partner who saved my life during a time of critical need. She’s always by my side, and together we’ve traveled and hiked the country. Without her assistance and medical responses, I couldn’t even leave the house. Saki adopted me on December 18, 2017, and she just turned 8 years old. She’s not only my pet and partner, but she’s truly my child.

Recently, Saki tore her left ACL and needs surgery as soon as possible. The vet has quoted a significant amount for the surgery and anesthesia, and there are additional costs for diagnostic orthopedic visits, pain medications, pre-surgical bloodwork, post-surgery visits, and supplies to make her recovery comfortable. We’re facing a large expense to get Saki the care she urgently needs.

Not having her by my side, and seeing how much pain she is in, is heart-wrenching. I was laid off two years ago and have been unable to find part-time work due to my disabilities, so I have nothing to help restore my partner and relieve her pain. It saddens and hurts me that I don’t have the financial situation to help her. Any support would mean the world to us and help Saki get back to the life she loves.
