Saima Dawood Zada is a 23-year-old Afghan girl and one of the most hardworking and inspiring people I have ever known. I have seen her sacrifice everything—her hobbies, social life, and free time—to pursue her dream of higher education.

For the past few years, Saima has faced unimaginable challenges that prevented her from continuing her studies. Despite the barriers, she has never given up. After countless rejections, she finally received life-changing news: she has been admitted on a full scholarship to Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in Kazakhstan. Her tuition and living expenses will be covered, but she still needs help reaching her new university.

The only remaining obstacle is covering her travel and transition costs (approximately $1,300) to get from her current location (Pakistan) to Kazakhstan. This fundraiser will help her secure her ticket, short-term expenses during the transition in Pakistan, and the opportunity to finally step into the future she has worked so hard for.
