Friends and Family of the Etheridge's, my name is Teresa Curella, a longtime family friend. On December 27, Saige was involved in a near fatal car accident. She broke her neck, femur, and pelvis. She is suffering from brain bleeds, blood clots, burns, and more.

 

Saige and her parents, Elaine and Daniel, her siblings and extended family have felt your powerful prayers. They have said that your prayers are helping them remain strong during this difficult time. We ask that you continue to pray for this family.

 

To date, Saige had a successful neck surgery and has been able to move her limbs and breathe on her own. This is a miracle according to the doctors. Her leg, knee, pelvis and clavicle surgeries have also been completed. There still remains a scare of blood clots and brain bleeds, but praise be to God that Saige walked for the first time this week.

 

She will remain in the hospital for at least two more weeks which includes rehabilitation for walking and strength.

 

It will be a long road ahead for Saige and her family. If you are able to help the family with medical costs, lost wages, rehabilitation and equipment needs, along with other unexpected expenses, the family would be extremely grateful.
