Help Sahib Sadikov Get Urgent Medical Treatment

Dear friends, family and compassionate strangers,

We urgently need your help to save a dedicated father of four who is battling a severe medical condition. Sahib Sadikov is a devoted father living in a small village in Azerbaijan. He and his wife have four beautiful children, including two young twins who are frequently hospitalized due to their own serious health issues. Despite his own worsening health, Sahib has always put his children first, using all of his resources to ensure they receive the care they need. Sadly, Sahib has been diagnosed with peptic ulcer disease, a condition that, if left untreated, can lead to life-threatening complications such as cancer. His condition has deteriorated to the point where he can no longer eat or drink without severe pain. This has not only taken a toll on his health but also rendered him unable to work and provide for his family. Recently the doctor in his village told him that he is unable to treat him because his illness has progressed and that he urgently needs specialized treatment at a larger hospital in Baku. However, his selflessness and financial constraints have prevented him from seeking the care he desperately needs. With your donations we can cover the cost of Sahibs medical treatment as well as the twins, travel expenses to Baku, and any additional support needed during this difficult time. Our goal is to give him the chance to recover and continue being the loving and supportive father his family needs.

Sahib Sadikov, Azerbaycan'ın küçük bir köyünde yaşayan özverili bir babadır. Kendisi ve eşi, sağlık sorunları nedeniyle sık sık hastaneye yatırılan iki küçük ikiz de dahil olmak üzere dört güzel çocuğa sahip. Kendi sağlığı giderek kötüleşmesine rağmen, Sahib her zaman çocuklarını ön planda tutarak tüm kaynaklarını onların gerekli bakımı alması için harcamıştır. Ne yazık ki, Sahib'e, tedavi edilmezse kanser gibi hayatı tehdit eden komplikasyonlara yol açabilecek peptik ülser hastalığı teşhisi konmuştur. Sahibs illness:

Translation: The lower third of the esophageal mucosa is mildly inflamed and swollen.

The cardiac sphincter (valve between the esophagus and stomach) did not close properly.

There is a significant amount of turbid fluid, mucus, and bile in the stomach.

The stomach lining is diffusely inflamed.

There are multiple bleeding erosions in the antrum (the lower part of the stomach).

The mucous membrane of the duodenum bulb (first part of the small intestine) is inflamed and swollen.

Findings: Diffuse erythematous gastritis. Duodenogastric reflux. Cardia insufficiency.

Translation:

Subarachnoid Space: The area around the brain where fluid is found is wider than normal.

Subdural Space: The space between the brain and its outer covering is also wider than normal.

Interhemispheric Width: The space between the two halves of the brain is within normal limits.

Choroid Plexus: Certain areas in the brain that produce cerebrospinal fluid are larger than usual.

Periventricular Region: The area around the brain's ventricles (fluid-filled spaces) is more enlarged than expected.

Subcortical Region: The area just below the brain’s outer layer is moderately enlarged.

Brain Parenchyma: The main tissue of the brain shows moderate enlargement

Finding's: The report indicates dilation of the subarachnoid and subdural spaces and enlargement of the choroid plexus and specific brain regions.

Translation:

Subarachnoid Space: The space around the brain where cerebrospinal fluid is found is widened on both sides (8 mm) compared to the normal size (less than 4 mm).

Interhemispheric Distance: The space between the two halves of the brain is wider than normal (8.4 mm, normal is less than 5 mm).

Choroid Plexus: The size of the choroid plexus, which produces cerebrospinal fluid, is larger than normal (right 5.4 mm, left 5.5 mm, normal is less than 4 mm).

Depth of Ventricles: The depth of the ventricles, which are fluid-filled spaces in the brain, is larger than normal (right 4.4 mm, left 4.5 mm, normal is less than 4 mm).

Dopplerography: The blood flow in the arteries and veins of the brain is measured. The findings show that the flow rates are at the upper end of normal.
