While I only recently started being open about my labels, I was questioning my gender for around 5 years from 2020 and with that obviously comes frequent gender dysphoria affecting my day-to-day life and so I have decided to start planning for gender-affirming care. Since going the NHS route has extreme waiting times, I have decided it is better to go the private route through a service such as GenderGP. This money is going to be used to afford consultations, prescriptions blood tests and service subscriptions necessary.
