Help Sagey & I keep our home

Hello dear ones, my name is Hunter.

Im a mother, a singer, and a healer. For so many years my life has been about helping others. I’ve shared my support, energy, and love in life and on stage with so many of you in hopes it brings joy to your heart. In other words, it’s always been my pleasure to be able to help in any way I can. This next part, though, is really difficult for me.

Im asking for something that we all have a hard time asking for, help.

But the reality is that there comes a time for everyone where it’s necessary to put our pride aside and lean on those who love us. That time has swiftly arrived for me now.

On August 22 around 10 am I was rear ended at a red light by a large pickup truck leaving my car totaled and my spine fractured.

Just days before the accident, my landlord informed me that he was going to list my home on the market. He gave me 30 days to get my finances in order or move out despite us having agreed upon me renting for a year, starting this past February. So, I began the process of purchasing the home that sage and I love so much.

As the mother of this sweet five year old boy it’s so important to me to be able to provide him with stability. We have had three years of having to move around before we were blessed with this beautiful home that we both feel safe and settled in. He started kindergarten at the beginning of August in our incredible city of flint & is loving it so much.

It is my deepest desire to be able to continue to have this be the place we call home.

This is the part where I put my ego aside and admit that I need your help.

This is the part where I confess that I can’t do it all alone.

This is the part where I ask that if I’ve ever brought love or joy into your life for just a moment or many years, that you return that love by giving what you can through a donation or a simple sharing of this post.

I am self employed as a holistic healer, cacao ceremony facilitator & maker of self care products. It’s going to be a minimum of three months before I can continue to do my heart’s work or even do simple household tasks if there are no further complications as I move through proper treatment & therapies.

I am calling on our community that I hold so dear to my heart to hold me right now.
