Sage, our beloved family dog, has always been a source of joy and comfort in our lives. Recently, Sage began vomiting blood, which was terrifying for all of us. The veterinarian suspects she may have an underlying internal bleed because of her low blood platelet count. Right now, Sage is hospitalized and receiving the care she desperately needs, including a blood transfusion. The uncertainty and worry have been overwhelming, but we are doing everything we can to help her recover.

Sage is not just important to us—she’s also the safety net for our younger dog, Willow. The two are inseparable, and Willow relies on Sage for comfort and security. Seeing them apart has been heartbreaking, and we want nothing more than to bring Sage home healthy and happy.

The costs for Sage’s hospital stay, tests, and ongoing care are quickly adding up. As much as we want to provide everything she needs, the financial burden is more than we can handle alone.
