Help Sage Get the Vet Care She Deserves

My new dog Sage came into my life in an unexpected way. I found her on the side of the road, about to get hit by car,s after her previous owner, who was homeless, could no longer care for her. Faced with the choice of taking Sage in or seeing her go to a shelter, I decided to give her a safe and loving home. Now, I want to make sure she gets the care she deserves as she starts this new chapter.

Sage needs several veterinary services, including vaccinations, surgery to get her fixed, a full checkup, and ongoing flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. She also may need extra care depending on what the vet finds. Her first appointment is coming up on Wednesday, and I want to be prepared for any immediate needs or treatments that might come up.

In the short time we’ve been together, Sage has brought companionship and purpose into my life. While I thought I was rescuing her, she’s truly rescued me with her calm and gentle presence. I’m doing everything I can, but covering all the vet costs is more than I can manage right now. That’s why I’m asking for your help. Every dollar — no matter how small — goes directly to Sage’s care.
