Sage is only two years old. At an age when he should be exploring the world with boundless energy, he is instead facing a battle that no child should ever have to endure. Sage was born with Severe Congenital Heart Disease (CHD), a condition that has turned every breath and every heartbeat into a struggle. For two years, we have watched this brave little boy fight. But his heart is tired, and his doctors have told us that he can no longer wait. This year, 2026, is the year Sage must undergo a bypass heart operation. This surgery is not just a medical procedure; it is his only path to a future where he can run, play, and grow into the person he is meant to be.

I'm Micahelah Ruivivar. Sage’s mother is my first cousin, and she has been a huge support to me and my business in Baguio City, Philippines. She has helped me manage Wingsaholic Baguio since 2020, especially when I moved to the US.
