Help Sage get gender affirming surgery

 My name is Sage and I'm a Trans masc non binary person who has been medically transitioning for 2 years now and am loving it,

A little about myself, I'm 24 years old and a creative soul at heart! I love making jewellery for my Etsy business and expressing myself through acting and film. I graduated Screenwise college with a diploma in Screen acting and loved the experience and confidence that I gained through it all.

I love animals but especially rabbits! I had 4 bunnies who passed away a month ago in a tragic circumstance which has been really difficult to come to terms with. But luckily we had one surviving bunny her name is Mochi and she's 3 years old and so sweet! We also adopted a 6 month old rescue rabbit recently named Haku who has helped Mochi in her grief of loosing her 4 best friends

I recently was let go of my job with no notice or leave and have struggled immensely to keep up with the cost of living, rent , medications and self care. 

My life is impacted by gender disphoria daily. I wear binders for long hours at work and leave with immense back pain as a result, and I often get misgendered when I leave the house which is painful when you have spent years trying to transition socially.

When I started my medical transition 2 years ago I felt both excited and scared at what lay ahead, but the changes I've experienced have been amazing for my self esteem and comfort in my body. 

For those who don't know, the process of HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy)can be lengthy and expensive with multiple doctors and appointments.

I funded these appointments with my income from minimum wage job working 30 hours weekly. It took me 6 months of reviews and appointments to be approved for HRT. Then after approval came actually getting my hands on my medication, with no private health insurance and no cover from Medicare it has become difficult to access.

Having a large breast tissue has made it extremely difficult for my gender disphoria as binding has little to no effect and most other solutions like Trans tape just cause even more disphoria for me as it takes hours to apply and remove and has NO EFFECT!
