My name is Sage:)

I am a young mother on the journey of self discovery. My current goal is to create stability for my family & spend time with my precious 16 month old baby!

Practicing the energy codes by Dr. Sue Morter has changed my life!! And I have the opportunity to receive all the tools + certification to teach it to the community & the world! This opportunity is major for me energetically and financially!! This course includes everything I need to lead workshops, guiding others to awaken/become aware of the innate energy that flows within them. This is a soul aligned way for me to create financial stability for my family, deepen my healing practice, and share this life changing practice with the collective!! How the energy codes by Dr. Sue Morter has helped me!

It has fast tracked me to embody my soulful self, purging the layers of the protective personality. I have experienced parts of my body coming back online, old physical wounds healing, trauma healing, more patience, more presence, and more love/joy! I have also felt physically & mentally the strongest I have been since I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in 2020. This modality is assisting my body in returning to homeostasis so that it has the capability to heal itself. It’s moving trauma out of my fascia and my nervous system. It has brought my awareness inward so that I can be the observer of triggers and channel that energy in a healthy way. THIS IS THE MOST AWARE OF MY ENERGY THAT I HAVE FELT IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! The energy codes has felt like a miracle sent by god.

I am a being who is passionate about living as the true self! And I desire for all beings to embody their true self (hence why the energy codes feels so aligned) so that all beings (including the trees and plants and nature spirits) may live in harmony. I desire to live as naturally as possible, returning to the ways of our ancestors while integrating these new ways of life. I desire to co-create sustainable community that works together for us all to get our needs met and thrive!! I feel that my offering to the collective is dance, and sharing how people can deeply embody themselves through movement. I feel that the energy codes is a key foundational component in my path. I free birthed my baby, Iyenai 16 months ago on Hawai’i. Since then my time has been dedicated to him and to embodying my true self through breath, dance, yoga, vocal toning, and play! Now that i have transitioned from maiden to mother, i feel very called to support other women along this journey. The energy codes feels like a wonderful way to do that. The main breath practice is very similar to the energetics of what happens during labor. Labor is a very intense / quick purge and cleanse of energy, whereas the energy codes does it slowly and gently at your pace. I feel that sharing this with people prior to pregnancy, can create easful birthing by increasing body awareness and pre cleansing the body. Prior to motherhood, my focus was healing/aligning my mind, body, and soul. In 2020 I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, ankylosing spondylitis. I felt my body decaying. I felt so weak and was in constant pain. Every joint in my body hurt. My nerves were being pinched, sending nerve pain down my arms and legs. My vision was blurry, my stomach always hurt, and I had pelvic inflammation creating very painful periods. I had been told that my joints would fuse together which was “irreversible” according to western medicine, and the only thing I could take was an immunosuppressant (which was $6000 a month for the rest of my life) to slow the process. While doing research, I found that people with ankylosing spondylitis cannot have babies and that the immune system attacks all of the body systems, leading a life full of pain and suffering. I didn’t know what to do. One day I was crying on the rooftop of the apartment complex I was living in, asking the universe to please help me. I needed something to change. After this everything changed. Pre covid, I was an aspiring medical student in Utah. My goal was to get a doctorate in nursing and to open my own practice that involved holistic healing utilizing modities from different cultures and beliefs (I still feel the calling to co-create a healing center). I obtained an associates of science with a 4.0 (straight A’s) my last three semesters of school. I was one class away from finishing my pre-requisites for a nursing program. Covid put a pause on school, and the autoimmune disease diagnosis put a stop to school (plus completely shifted my view on western medicine). So I went chasing waves haha, to learn to surf before my joints wouldn't let me (which I actually had a really hard time surfing because of the joint pain and loss of full mobility in my shoulder joint). So as one does, I moved to Hawai’i. I cleaned up my diet & stopped drinking alcohol. I began to go within and focus on healing my trauma. I found plant medicine, I found dance, and I found breath. Through connecting to my own body and its divine intelligence, I was able to defuse my shoulder joint. This gave me hope that things could be different and that healing was possible. I have healed a lot of symptoms, yet I still feel that I am getting to the root of the disease that had been living in my body. Or how I view it now, I am removing the sludge that was blocking my energy from flowing in its natural state. Along the journey I ended up pregnant, which I didn’t think was possible with my diagnosis. Yet it was a crucial component in my healing journey. Now I care for my 16 month old miracle. It has been a journey of learning my true strength. At times I’ve had no idea what I was doing, just following my instincts. I had a natural birth at home, just the father and I. This was an experience that I have yet to fully write into words. My natural instincts kicked in and I allowed my body to lead the way. Since there was no planning, we have had a lot of instability with housing, finances, and bussing/hitching to get around. With focusing on caring for baby iyenai, and caring for myself on my healing journey, working has not felt like an option… until now. I've been praying for a way to curate financial resources to create stability for my family that allowed me to be present with iyenai and felt aligned with my soul. I recently received an email that Dr. Sue Morter is offering an energy codes facilitator certification that only happens once a year! This felt god sent!! So aligned and stoked my fire! I applied and had a call with one of the facilitators. They decided that I am in alignment for the training! Here’s where the go fund me comes in… It’s $1,995 to attend the training ($2,266 with go fund me fees & the insurance that I would need to get for a year of workshop facilitating). I had been feeling sort of lost, not knowing which direction to take business wise. I feel that this course gives direction and all the resources I need to create workshops for people, sharing a healing modality that I practice daily.
