Help Sage Get Medical Care

Donation protected
On February 19, 2025, I found 2 huskies in the ice and snow. I tried every possible means of finding their owner with no success. Since that time, we have named them Sage and Cinnamon and have taken care of them. I have called to find the prices on getting their shots, getting them spayed, and getting them microchipped. The cheapest I have found is just over $600 for both of them.

On March 19, I let them out to use the bathroom, and they got out of the fence. Sage came back bloody and limping. I’m still searching for Cinnamon. I’m at the emergency vet, and so far, just for diagnostics, it is over $500. There will also be pain meds, antibiotics, and possibly setting her leg. She’ll also have follow up appointments. Initially it appeared that she was hit by a car, but X-rays showed 17 bbs in her. Some cruel person did this intentionally.

I am not in a position to pay for all of these expenses. I couldn’t leave them in the freezing snow, and I couldn’t leave her hurt without getting medical care. I was not looking to take on these babies, but I am committed to making sure they are cared for. If there is anyone who would be willing to contribute in any way, it would be greatly appreciated.
