Help Safe Haven Pet Sanctuary Recover

Donation protected
Safe Haven Pet Sanctuary, founded by Elizabeth Feldhausen, has been a safe space for cats in need and a beloved part of the community. On Wednesday, June 24th, a torrential rainfall and hail storm caused a partial roof collapse at the sanctuary. The building was quickly evacuated, and after many tense and emotional moments, 44 cats inside were safely retrieved. While everyone is safe, the sanctuary’s building has been condemned, and Safe Haven will not be able to return. The team is now urgently searching for a new, safe location to move to as soon as possible.

The funds raised through this campaign will go directly to Elizabeth Feldhausen for the purchase of a new building where the cats can call home. Every dollar will make a direct impact on the lives of these animals and help ensure Safe Haven can continue its mission of rescuing and caring for cats in need.

Safe Haven has always put the cats and community first. Now, let’s put Safe Haven first and make sure they come out of this tragedy stronger than before. Your support means the world to the sanctuary, the cats, and everyone who believes in giving animals a second chance.
