Help Sadie who needs surgery

Please help a dear family friend whose beautiful, 3 year old, dog Sadie has fallen ill from a linear foreign body in her intestines.  She desperately needs an exploratory surgery to remove the obstruction.  The only thing delaying this life saving surgery is the money to do so.  This is an unexpected expense for the family and they really need our help.  They would never ask for money, which is why I am asking.  Let us pull together and come together for this wonderful family and most of all for Sadie who is a very sweet dog that has a long life to live ahead of her.  Between the intensive care she has already received, the diagnostic tests to this point, and the surgery she needs the expenses have been estimated at $7,000.
