I adopted my dog Sadie last year, and she has quickly become my emotional support animal and best friend. Sadie is three years old and the sweetest girl you could ever meet. I’m lucky enough to bring her to work with me, where everyone stops by my office to give her a pat and a treat. She hardly ever barks and is always smiling, bringing joy to everyone she meets.
Recently, I started to notice that when Sadie was still for a long period, she would have trouble standing and would limp for a while before it sorted itself out. One day, after chasing a bunny, she suddenly wouldn’t use her hind legs at all. I rushed her to the vet, and they told me she had torn her cruciate tendon in her right hind leg. The news was heartbreaking, but the vet assured me that with surgery, medication, and proper recovery care, Sadie has an 85% chance of making a full recovery.
All donations will go directly toward Sadie’s surgery, medication, and recovery care. I truly love my dog, and it’s hard to think of her being in pain for months while I try to save up for her surgery. I don’t want her to suffer if there’s a way to get her the help she needs sooner. Any support you can give would mean the world to both of us and help Sadie get back to her happy, active self. Thank you so much for considering helping my sweet girl.
