Help Sadie Recover from IVDD
Donation protected
Sadie "Dingo" is a 12-year-old borderstaffy who was diagnosed with Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD) on 12/30/21. One of her humans, Kelly, noticed her back legs were giving out and brought her to the vet the same day. She was prescribed some meds to help with the pain as well as strict crate rest.
Unfortunately, crate rest has done little for the dingo and further treatment is necessary. Surgery is not on the table at this time, but Physical Therapy treatments have been recommended.
Sadie is a very athletic dog and played flyball for most of her life before Kelly adopted her at age 6 ½. She had some arthritis, but she still was able to jump, swim, run, and play fetch (her favorite!). Her current state is confusing and frustrating for her and overwhelming for her family.
Caring for an unwell dog is expensive, time-consuming, and stressful. Your donation will give the dingo a chance to get back on all 4 feet.
Your donation will be used for: physical therapy consult/down payment, physical therapy sessions, medication cost, and vet visit fees.
Thank you for helping Sadie and humans, Kelly and Joe!
