Our beloved dog Sadie was injured while playing in our yard. She ran over an exposed aluminum pipe from a broken clothes line, which cut her chest open to the bone. We rushed her to the pet hospital, where they discovered a hole in her chest cavity. Emergency surgery was performed, and Sadie is now resting in recovery. There is still danger that the wound on the inside may reopen, and air could enter her chest cavity and cause her lungs to collapse. We are doing everything we can to help her heal and keep her comfortable during this difficult time.

Sadie is not just a pet—she is family. Our other dog Milo and her two beautiful puppies need her to recover as much as we do. The money raised will help pay for Sadie's surgery and the medications she needs to make a full recovery.
