Hello friends of Sadat. Thank you for all of your support over the years to help Sadat stay in school. He has grown so much since we first met him in 2021, and he is becoming an intelligent and fine young man. As most of you who have followed his story from the beginning, Sadat started school behind due to missing school frequently because of his headaches from his head trauma. When I learned of Sadat, I was told by my friend Charles (the steward of the tuition funds) that Sadat was burned by his jealous stepmother. The injury wasn’t treated and by the time Charles met Sadat and his mom, Sadat had fallen years behind in school and had headaches so debilitating that he couldn’t go outside his one room, dirt floor home during daylight, much less make it to school. With your help, we raised money for Charles to escort Sadat and his mom to the hospital for a surgery to close the wound. The surgery was successful. Since then, Sadat has been able to attend regular school and has worked diligently to get caught up. He has been able to attend school because of your help to pay his tuition each semester, something I could not do alone.

Today, I’m asking for your help to raise the tuition for Sadat’s first semester and the registration fee for the new year of school, which is $300 and $50 respectively. I am also hoping to raise an additional $100 for their family to have a Christmas meal and purchase what they need for the children for the new year.
