Support Sacramento Tower's trip to the 2025 USA Ultimate Frisbee National Championship.
Founded in 2022, Tower is Sacramento's top mixed ultimate frisbee team. Sacramento houses a small but mighty ultimate frisbee community, which has played a huge role in the Tower's development as a nationally competitive team. Tower drove major upsets to win the Southwest Region and qualify for the National Championship tournament in San Diego, October 23-26. The 2024 season marked the program's historic first Nationals appearance, and Tower is thrilled at another opportunity to compete at the highest level in the club division.
And as it turns out, it's not cheap to compete against the top teams in the country! We rely almost exclusively on player funding to cover competition costs. Tournament fees, field rentals, travel, food, and lodging all add up, making a Nationals run a costly endeavor for individual players. The cost to play in the National Championship alone is ~$6000, not including lodging, food, and travel. The average player is required to spend ~$2000 to practice, travel, and play with the team throughout the season. After working tirelessly towards this goal for 6 months, we are asking for community support so all our players can have an optimal experience regardless of financial status.
Every dollar counts. It's our goal to cover as much of our Nationals trip as possible through generous family, friends, and community donations. We'd be honored and grateful to have our community's support to ease the cost burden for players and coaches.
We're forever grateful for your support!
