SACA was born out of PhD research that uncovered a stark disparity in English cricket: while 30% of recreational cricketers are British South Asian (BSA), fewer than 5% make it to the professional level. This statistic highlighted deep-rooted barriers preventing talented players from progressing in the game.

The Solution: A National High-Performance Pathway for BSA Cricketers

SACA is more than just a cricket academy—it’s a professional-level high-performance programme designed to bridge this gap. We identify the best BSA talent aged 18+ and provide them with:

We currently have over 60 high quality aspiring players on the programme all of whom could be the next big star.
