Hi, my name is Sabrina. I’m a husky puppy, not even a year old yet and ever since I was rescued I’ve been learning how to love and be loved. I might be a little mischievous and full of energy, but deep down I’m just a puppy who wants cuddles, treats, and to stay close to my people. They are my whole world.

A little while ago, something happened to my eye while my dad was away for work. I tried to be brave, but after he came home I started to get scared — things didn’t look the same anymore. Light faded, shapes blurred, and suddenly I couldn’t chase toys or run around like I used to. I began bumping into walls, furniture, and sometimes even the people I love most. I didn’t understand why, and it made me panic.

The vet said I have cataracts, and they’re getting worse really, really fast. If I don’t get surgery soon, I might go completely blind — and I’m still just a baby. I want to keep seeing the world, the people I love, and everything that makes life exciting… the grass, the park, the butterflies, and especially my human’s face when I do something silly.

The surgery that could save my vision costs a lot, and my family is doing everything they can — but they can’t do it alone. They never want to ask for help, but I know that they are asking because I am loved and they want me to have the best life possible.
