Dear Friends and Family,

My name is Gabriella Ballesteros and together with my brothers Gustavo and Gerardo, we want to tell you a story about our aunt. At only 40 years old, our aunt Sabrina Pablico was diagnosed with Leptomeningeal Carcinoma last July: a rare and aggressive complication of cancer. Despite rigorous and painful attempts at treatment, the cancer has spread to both her spinal cord and her brain, in addition to other vital parts of her body. We have set up this fundraiser in order to help with her medical bills and the various expenses needed to create a comfortable and healing environment for her. It is difficult for us to witness her in pain. She is kind, thoughtful, fun, and selfless. A registered nurse who works full time, her dedication to family is incredible. She is a single mother to two beautiful daughters, and a dynamic coworker and friend, she is a woman we are proud to call family and who deserves all the love and support you can give. Anything you are able to donate will be helpful and immensely appreciated.
