Help Sabrina & David Bates Rebuild Their Lives!

Several of our colleagues in JPL's Section 343 (the Guidance and Control section) have lost their homes in the Eaton Wildfire. Such is the case with our colleague, David Bates, and his wife Sabrina.

Please help David and Sabrina who tragically lost the home in which they and their family have lived for 20 years. This loving family quickly evacuated and lost virtually all of their possessions and cherished memories.

David and Sabrina Bates have three children: Sophie, George, and Maggie, all of whom grew up in their home. Their dog, Timmy, is the sixth member of the family. Sabrina is a nurse practioner for USC and David is a GNC Engineer on the NISAR project at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology. They attend the Christian Assembly Church in Eagle Rock.

Other than some clothing that they evacuated with, the family has lost everything.

All funds will be directly donated to the family, as they rebuild their lives and get back on their feet. Any donation would be appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to donate during this difficult time.
