Help Sabrina and Justin bring Liam and James home
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Alice and I am starting a go fund me page for my sister Sabrina and her husband Justin.
Sabrina and Justin were expecting twins to arrive May 2022, however her twins were diagnosed with stage IIII twin to twin transfusion syndrome. On December 29th they had to make a quick decision in order to attempt to save their babies and had an ablation procedure. She was discharged on December 31st but was quickly admitted back to the hospital on January 3rd with complications.
Unfortunately , Sabrina went into labor and gave birth to Liam Robert Denman on January 4th at 12:41pm. He weighed 1lb 8oz and is currently in the NICU at Texas Children’s Hospital. His brother James Marvin Denman unfortunately did not make it and was delivered on January 4th at 7:15pm weighing 1lb 3oz.
The family is currently attempting to make arrangements for a memorial service for James so that it can be held closer to home for family and friends. Sabrina and Justin did get accepted into the Ronald McDonald Foundation for the next 30 days which allows them to be closer to Liam. However, Justin is having to drive back and forth from work and the hospital which is about an hour each way. Although they have private health insurance and they are covering about 70%, the expenses are continuing to rack up.
At this time, Liams progress is day to day and we are certainly trying to navigate uncharted waters. He has had multiple blood transfusions, he is o2 dependent, has a heart valve leakage, and bleeding on his brain. Although we are asking for donations to help offset daily expenses, medical bills, and funeral cost, the family is asking for continued prayers to help bring Liam home.
