Help Rylie's Dad, Jeffrey, Fight Cancer

Hi! My name is Rylie, and to start off; I never thought I’d be in the position to create a GoFundMe. But another thing is that I would do ANYTHING for my Dad. I’d like to introduce you to my wonderful father, Jeffrey. He is one of the strongest and most wonderful people in the world. He has a huge heart and is always willing to go out of his way for the people he loves.

My dad was always a perfectly healthy man until March of this year when my worst nightmare came true. He was diagnosed with Throat Cancer. Luckily, his cancer is at a low stage. Keep in my mind my dad is not the type of person to ever ask for help, so I will on his behalf. My father is about to be 70 years old in July and throughout his entire diagnosis he has been working to support our family. Throughout all of his suffering and pain, he has still been working. This path of life we are on right now is truly terrifying, it’s taken so much courage for him to even get up in the mornings and keep fighting this. His radiation therapy will be starting on June 17th. After that he will be going through chemotherapy. To say that we are all going through a tough time right now, is an understatement. So far we have received so much love and so many prayers, which I personally cannot thank everyone enough for. He has been receiving wonderful care from the VA and their help has done wonders for our family.

My dad doesn’t know that I am making this. I am hoping that with this we can raise some funds to help us through this difficult time. He will be off work for a while and it’s hard to predict what will come of it.
