Ryker has been my loyal companion and service dog for 11 years, and recently, he reminded me just how young at heart he still is. While I was fostering a very active one-year-old dog, Ryker decided to join in the fun and wrestle like he was a puppy again. The next day, I noticed he was limping, and my heart sank. After a visit to the vet, it was confirmed that Ryker has a complete ligament tear in his knee and will need surgery to recover.

The cost of the surgery is overwhelming, especially since I rely on disability payments. I want nothing more than to see Ryker pain-free and able to enjoy his golden years. The surgery will not only relieve his pain but also help prevent arthritis and reduce the risk of him injuring his other knee.
