Ryker became paralyzed in March of 2025. We have been dealing with recovery mentally and physically for both of us. Caring for a paraplegic dog is not for the weak. We are struggling.

And now, Ryker has self-mutilated for the second time. He is now in need of a tail amputation as a last-ditch effort to save his life. I'm not sure how much more either of us can take with my own health issues and over 25k in medical debt for myself, not including the 4k I still owe on his back surgery.
