Hi, our names are Jake & Kerryn and we’re reaching out with both pride and hope.

Our son, Ryder, has worked relentlessly toward a dream that began on local fields and has now grown into an incredible opportunity — the chance to pursue a soccer scholarship in the United States.

This opportunity could shape his future both on and off the field.

Ryder’s commitment to soccer has been evident from an early age, beginning with his first representative team selection at age 9 and progressing to FQPL 2 in 2025. His development has required discipline and sacrifice — early mornings, late nights, training in all weather, and managing school alongside employment. Ryder’s work ethic is driven by passion, not obligation, and by a deep belief in the opportunities the sport can create.

For the people who know Ryder and our family personally, will know how much this opportunity means to both Ryder and us.

Soccer has taught him discipline, resilience, leadership, and confidence — qualities that will carry him far beyond sport.

Alongside supporting Ryder’s journey, our family continues to navigate complex health challenges that have reinforced the importance of resilience, perspective, and hope. These realities have shaped Ryder into a young man who understands the value of opportunity and the responsibility that comes with it — motivating him to work relentlessly toward his goals.

Now, he’s been given the opportunity to attend a USA College in August 2026 to play & study ‘Sports Management’.

Pursuing a US scholarship comes with significant upfront costs, including:

• Accommodation

• ⚽️ Coaching & recruitment

• Visa & administrative costs

While scholarships can cover tuition and living expenses later, families must self-fund the pathway to get there.
