Support Ryder and Family After Tragic Loss

Dear beloved community,

Our sweet Ryder and his family were left heartbroken and devastated by the sudden loss of his vibrant and wonderful big sister, Jenny, on October 24th. Jenny had four amazing kids, three of whom are under 18, and who sadly lost their father a few years ago as well. Ryder and Onyx will be taking on guardianship and arranging the care and support they need through this incredibly difficult time. While we will all keep reminding them that they are not alone in this, and we will continue to uncover other ways to support them in the coming weeks and months, the most immediate need is financial. We encourage those able to consider a donation of any size to help Ryder and Onyx, Ryder's parents, and Jenny's four children.

These immediate funds will go toward:

- Working through the guardianship of Jenny's children and other legal expenses

- A celebration of life for Jenny

- The current loss of business and unpaid time off work for Ryder

- Moving and cleaning fees for Jenny's apartment

- Rental costs of a storage unit and a temporary apartment for them all in the kids' school district

- Access to therapy and other supportive services

- Additional other expenses for the care of the children

While we have no idea what the ongoing financial impact will be, our hope is to provide a starting place for collective support.
