I met this 26 y.o. young man downtown. He desperately needs help! He only has one arm and says he was burnt up in a house fire last year. He's homeless and apparently his people are stealing his SSI checks. He has no way of verifying himself with the Social Security Office, no birth certificate, social security card, etc. He's bullied by the homeless people and regular citizens!! I gave him $10 and something to eat because that's all I could do at the time! If you see him, please try to help him!

He needs medical attention as well.
