My name is Ryan Jay in Las Vegas, NV & I'm a Autistic self employed artist, sculptor, set builder & special fx artist who needs 2-3 surgeries on my spine due to an accident.

The First one in my neck that will replace a damaged disk with a plastic one, the second & possibly third surgery will be for my low back where they will implant a medical device that will stop nerve pain signals from sending to my brain as well as a plastic disk to replace the damaged disk.

I am now losing my self run businesses that took me years to grow & am 3 weeks away from being homeless living on the street.

I sustained multiple serious spine injuries due to an accident, unfortunately due to a pending lawsuit I am unable to give too many details.

I now have multiple torn herniated disks in my neck and multiple torn herniated disks in my low back causing pinched nerves, have constant pain, numbness, tingling, drooling/salivating, headache/migraines, pressure behind my eyes, weakness in limbs, shooting pain in extremities in hands and feet due to neck and low back herniated disks & pinched nerves.

I'm constantly dropping light items and can only work on something for about 30-60mins before being in terrible pain that lasts all day. My memory is also getting worse.

I am able to walk for the most part but it can start to hurt, but any movement or trying to use strength just below shoulders up is extremely painful.

I'm hoping for help to cover expenses over the next 6-12 months during surgery and recovery. I was evicted from my previous home due to being unable to work from these injuries.

Unfortunately I don't talk to 95% of my family anymore due to my Autism & family issues.

I was the fat kid my entire life and finally lost 130lbs a few years ago and got up to running 10 miles a day. Now I can barely walk around the park, I know I'm lucky to still walk but I really really miss running and feeling athletic.

The accident happened almost 7 months ago now and I am still having these terrible issues, this has completely destroyed my life.

I've sold almost all my personal items except for what I absolutely need.

P.S. Hospital bed photo is from ER when I was in so much pain I had to go get an injection. Some people thought I was trying to say that was after surgery in normal clothes....
