Hi all. My name is Dylan, and I'm organizing this fundraiser for my friend Ryan. Last night, as some of you may already know, Milwaukee WI experienced a flash flood that caused severe flooding across the city. Unfortunately, my good friend Ryan was one of the people who lost everything in a blink of an eye.

Ryan is a gem in the music scene of Milwaukee. He's incredibly supportive, he attends any show of his friends that he can, and he's always cracking jokes and laughing with everyone he can. What Ryan won't brag about, or tell you about, is his heart of gold.

On a personal note, I had a nasty knee surgery that left me bed ridden for months on end, and during that time, Ryan was one of the few to check on me frequently. He shared his favorite video games with me, his new music he was working on, videos of his pets and his family, and just listened to me when I was really having a hard time with everything that was happening around me. Ryan gave me a LOT of peace of mind without even realizing it.

Fast forward to last night, Ryan lost everything in the flash flood. His home studio which houses all of his instruments, all of his musical gear, his guitars, keyboards, effect pedals, and unfortunately also his pet chinchillas. All gone. The pets are above any dollar value you could put on a life, but I know that most of the gear he collected is worth tens of thousands of dollars. All of his favorite guitars, his studio he spent SO LONG building, everything, gone. I've been talking with him this morning and he's not been taking it well, as no one would be. Attached are stills from the video of the water sitting in his basement, while he has to wait for his insurance company to open TOMORROW to get ANYTHING fixed.

Ryan not only needs the help, he deserves it. He has been a staple in the Milwaukee community for as long as I can remember, and he's been the biggest supporter of anyone who comes across his radar.

Im asking you to come together, and to help our friend. Ryan, you are a gem, and as much as I wish this wasn't happening to you, I hope this can provide some comfort for you. I'm asking for $10,000 in total donations to help him recover from this. If you can donate anything, anything at all, please help my friend. He deserves to know how loved he really is.
