Hi, my name is Ryan and I am fundraising to go to Washington D.C. this summer as a congressional intern. I am a sophomore at Michigan State University, and ever since I was little, I have always dreamed about becoming President of the United States. It's been my goal to go to Washington D.C. now for a long time, and I have finally earned an opportunity to work as an intern on "the Hill". I have been blessed with an incredible family that has supported me financially and mentally throughout the years. I have been around some of the greatest people I know, who have told me to never give up on my dream. I am not giving up, but unfortunately, I have hit a detour in my journey. With my money going towards my tuition and rent in the coming future, I do not have the financial ability to afford my stay in Washington D.C. I am not someone who wants handouts, but I have realized that for me to continue to chase my dream I am going to need some help. I am asking you, please help support a young man who has a dream of something incredible. Everyone has or has had a dream in their life that they have the opportunity to pursue but money gets in the way. I am asking with incredible enthusiasm to help someone else out. I have dreamed of this forever and to be able to have this opportunity in front of me yet having these difficulties makes me want to strive even harder.
