Help Ryan McNeill & Family As He Battles Cancer

The Story:

My brother Ryan, 49 and father of 5 had been suffering from stomach pain. He is a tough guy and like most of us decided to wait it out. The pain, however, wouldn't go away so after dropping his daughter off at school he went to the Dr. During the process of finding where his stomach pain was originating the Dr's noticed an abnormality in his liver, completely unrelated to his stomach pain. This abnormality warranted further inspection, imaging and biopsy.

Unfortunately, the biopsy came back as Hepatocellular Carcinoma, Well Differentiated, 12cm tumor as well as Stage 3 Fibrosis.

This life-threatening diagnosis was devastating news. Not only does this mean a long battle against cancer but intense financial hardship. Ryan is the main breadwinner for the family who is suffering emotionally and the last thing they need is to worry about how to eat, pay rent and other essential bills. His lack of ability to work due to treatments, appointments and trips to out-of-state specialists has devastated his family's finances only adding to the stress of the cancer diagnosis. Any funds raised will be used to ease the financial hardships caused by the ongoing fight to be free of this cancer.

This tumor may require a liver transplant on top of many other treatments. He is up for the fight.
