As many of you know, my brother Ryan has just been diagnosed with Stage Four Pancreatic Cancer. He began his first treatment today, starting a grueling journey of 12 rounds of chemotherapy every two weeks.
While we’re prayerful that this cancer will be completely eradicated, the road ahead will be long, difficult, and uncertain.
We’re doing everything we can to give Ryan the best possible care, including exploring specialized cancer centers and clinical trials that might improve the chance that his treatment is successful.
Unfortunately, health insurance often falls short—especially when it comes to out-of-network doctors, clinical trials, and new types of treatment that could make all the difference. On top of that, there will be many unknown medical needs and unexpected costs as his treatment continues into the coming year.
That’s why we’re raising funds to help cover these current and future expenses, and to relieve some of the financial pressure on his family so Ryan can focus on what matters most: fighting this cancer and healing.
Every donation, no matter how small, will help Ryan in this fight. Please consider donating and, if you would, share this page to spread the word.
Thank you for standing with Ryan, Jess, Benzi, Yoshi, and Tali—and our whole family—as we walk through this together.
