Help Ryan Get a Life-Saving Diabetic Service Dog
Donation protected
Hi All!
I am raising money for my 13 year old son Ryan. Ryan was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. This has been a total shock! Ryan was an average healthy young man until 9/21/24. He wasn’t acting quite right at his baseball game, and my motherly instincts told me to take him to urgent care. Next thing I knew, we were in an ambulance heading to the emergency room. Ryan is lucky to be alive. When we arrived at the emergency room, his blood sugar was 626 which is critical. I am fundraising for him to receive a Diabetic Service dog. I would give us the ultimate peace of mind if he had one more layer of protection to prevent a Diabetic emergency. The cost of Diabetic service dogs are higher than we had originally anticipated, but after learning how comprehensive their training is, we understand why. We are appealing to all of you to help this become a reality. Any little bit helps and would be greatly appreciated. We have found a reputable and very well rated training agency located in Las Vegas. The price will be around $20,000 to have a dog trained to recognize if Ryan is having a high or low blood sugar incident. Please help!
