Help Ryan Get a Lifelong Acoustic Guitar

Ryan is a gifted storyteller, singer, and guitar player. He is about to turn embark on a new chapter of his life, one that will be full of opportunities to write new songs and spread joy to his family and friends.

Ryan needs a new, lifelong acoustic guitar. One that will age with him and which will become an extension of his creativity. Quality acoustic guitars are not cheap, so let's send him off on his new journey with a bit of help.

Ryan does not accept gestures like this easily. But eventually, he gave me permission to set up a place where we can pool money as a gift for him. All funds will go directly to Ryan.

The intent of the gift is to support Ryan's purchase of an acoustic guitar that will last him decades into the future. What will catch his eye? A Martin 00-18? Perhaps a Gibson LG-2? We know he will choose something that speaks to him, but let's give him the freedom to choose what speaks to him.

I've set a modest goal of $3,500, which would be enough to select from a range of premium acoustic guitars. If we each chip in a bit, we will cross that line in no time.
