Help Ryan Fight Cancer and Get Back on His Feet

Hi, my name is Ryan. I’m a proud graduate of Ranken Technical College, where I studied Automotive Collision Repair, a career I’ve always been passionate about. I was living my dream, working at a body shop, learning, and growing in a field I love. Life was on the right track, but everything changed unexpectedly.

In August, after leaving work, I visited a chiropractor and, due to excessive force during treatment, ended up with a fractured rib. This led to a collapsed lung, and I was rushed to the hospital, where I had to undergo emergency treatment, including a chest tube to drain blood and fluids.

While recovering, the doctors discovered something even more serious: a mass on my lung. After more tests and a biopsy, I was diagnosed with synovial sarcoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer. After my diagnosis, I started chemotherapy to fight this battle, but the treatment has made it impossible for me to work and support myself financially.
