Hello.

My name is Ryan l. I was recently diagnosed with Ductal Carcinoma. After a routine Mammogram I was asked to come back and have a biopsy. Then after leaving they found another spot and had to go back for another biopsy. Which came back ductal carcinoma. After further findings from an MRI. I have a 5 cm, 3 cm and 1.5 cm in all different areas. After speaking with my oncologist and surgeon it is in my best decision to have both breast removed and an injection for my lymph nodes. I am fortunate enough for this to be caught early. I will undergo my surgery February 19th and will be out of work close to 3 weeks. With it being the beginning of the year I am asking for help in cover my PTO pay. I have worked for my ENT job for 5 years however we transitioned to Carson Tahoe and I am not eligible for FMLA until April. I am the main income for myself and my 15 year old daughter.
