My name is Ruwanga, a 31-year-old husband and father from Sri Lanka.

Two years ago, I met with a tragic accident that caused a complete spinal cord injury, leaving me fully paralyzed from the chest down. I am now unable to walk, move freely, or care for myself without full assistance.

Despite the pain and suffering, I still fight every day — for my wife, for my child, and for the chance to live with dignity.

My Daily Needs:
