My name is Ruth. I am 70 years old and have been struggling with my eyesight for years. I have cataracts that are getting worse, so bad it is getting hard to see to even drive. I have an appointment for surgery, but I don't have the money to pay the co-payment. The only income I have is my social security, and living expenses take all of that. It's been a struggle.
