We are a group of deeply motivated Rutgers Law School students who will have the incredible opportunity to participate in a study abroad program this spring. Through this program, we aim to expand our legal education beyond the classroom and across borders.

As law students, we’re committed to using our education to serve our communities and advocate for fairness, equity, and the rule of law. Studying abroad allows us to deepen that commitment by gaining a global perspective to approaching legal challenges, human rights, and public policy. These lessons will directly shape how we think, practice, and lead as future attorneys.

Unfortunately, the cost of a study abroad program—including travel, housing, program fees, and daily expenses—can be a major financial barrier. Many of us are already balancing tuition, living expenses, and student loans. Your support will help make this transformative educational experience accessible and allow us to focus on learning rather than financial stress.
