Hello everyone,

I’ve never done a GoFundMe before, but I’ve decided to give it a try for my best buddy, Rusty. He recently tore his ACL and needs surgery to get back to his happy, active self. Rusty is a ball of energy — he loves chasing squirrels, camping, and swimming in rivers and lakes. The backyard may be his kingdom, but the outdoors is truly where he shines.

Right now, I can’t afford the cost of his surgery, so I’m having to keep him resting indoors and mostly confined to his bed. It breaks my heart to see him unable to enjoy the things he loves most.

I was hesitant to ask for help, but friends convinced me to give this a try. Any amount you can contribute would mean the world to us and will go directly toward Rusty’s surgery and recovery. I just want to see him running, playing, and smiling again as soon as possible.
